Refunds & Exchanges


A customer has one (1) week to return an item, only if it is broken.

Special orders or a custom order is not returnable, all sales are final.

Of course, I want all my customers to be completely happy with their purchases. If something has been damaged in shipment, I will gladly replace the item. If something is broken due to wear and tear, I can not replace it, but will repair it at a cost to the customer.

I want all my customers to be happy and be return customers, so please email me with any problems you have.



If an order is cancelled, I will issue a refund only if I have not started the order. If I have, then there will be a 20% fee of the total for cancellations.
